Returns

Return shipping for damaged or defective goods will be covered by Sima Crafts. If you changed your mind, the cost of the return will be deducted from your refund. We will send you a shipping label for any items you wish to return.

Please send your return in the same packaging it arrived in if possible. Returned products must be in the same condition as when received, unopened without damage. We cannot accept products that have been damaged by being shipped back in an unprotected container.

Refunds 

Once your return has been received and inspected, you’ll be automatically refunded to your original payment method. It can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
